FDOT Releases New TOD Guidebook

The FDOT Transit Office is pleased to announce that the final version of the Florida Transit Oriented Development Guidebook is now available. You can download the report and appendices from our Florida TOD website at: http://fltod.com/fl_tod_guidebook.htm As an extension of the Framework for TOD in Florida (also found on the FLTOD website), the Guidebook provides detailed comprehensive plan policies and land development regulations for implementation by the local governments.
