Six lessons learned at the Urban Land Institute Condo Symposium

Many of the big players in the Miami condo market, including Related Group CEO Jorge Perez, convened Friday for an Urban Land Institute event. Uptown Urban Village – Latest ULI TAP

The District Council recently presented the Fort Lauderdale City Commission with a two-day Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) report on how to reconfigure a job and transit-rich corridor along the Cypress Creek/I-95 area into a walkable, livable neighborhood. The study was requested by the City of Fort Lauderdale, and funded in part by the ULI Foundation.
