Charles D. Brecker
is a shareholder with the law firm of Stearns Weaver Miller
Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson, P.A. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He received his B.A.
Degree from Temple University and his J.D. Degree, with
honors, from the University of Florida. He is a member of
The Florida Bar and the American and Broward County Bar
Associations. Mr. Brecker is Vice-Chair of the Real Estate
Development and Governmental Regulations Committee, and
serves on the Condominium and Planned Development Committee,
both of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of
The Florida Bar, and is currently a member of the Homeowners
and Community and Associations, Retail Leasing, and
Easements, Restrictions and Covenants Committees of the
American Bar Association. Mr. Brecker serves on the Advisory
Committee of the University of Miami’s Institute on
Condominium & Cluster Development, a nationally-recognized
annual law conference. In addition, he is an active lecturer
to attorneys, lenders and developers on issues concerning
residential and commercial real estate development and
finance law, condominium law and commercial leasing. Mr.
Brecker principally represents residential and shopping
center developers in all areas of acquisition, financing,
development, construction, leasing and sale of projects. Mr.
Brecker is a licensed real estate salesman and is a member
of the National Home Builders Association, Florida and Gold
Coast Builders Associations, The Urban Land Institute and
the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
