Myron Rosner
Councilman, City of North Miami Beach

Born in Montreal, Canada, Myron Rosner moved to North Miami Beach in 1992. While dedicated to his work as a state-certified general contractor and licensed realtor, he remained active in the community through his involvement with the Beacon Council, Aventura Marketing Council, North Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, Northeast 10th Avenue Neighborhood Association, the Downtown Bay Forum, Young Israel of North Miami Beach and Shaaray Tifilah.

Mr. Rosner’s natural determination and civic passion led him to seek public office, and in May 2003, he was elected to the North Miami Beach City Council. During his term, he has added the Miami-Dade County League of Cities and the Urban Land Institute to his already impressive list of organizational affiliations, and he serves as the Council Liaison to the City’s Advisory Committee for Disabled Individuals, Caribbean Affairs Committee, Commission on Aging/Senior Citizens’ Advisory Board, and Stationary Engineers Board. He is also the Council Liaison on transportation and annexation issues. His fluency in Spanish and French are particularly valuable assets in this dynamic, multi-cultural environment.

Married to Miami-Dade County Circuit Court Judge Sarah Zabel, he is the proud father of Joshua, Jeremy, Jessica and Jennifer.
