Duane J. Stiller is President of Woolbright Development, Inc. Mr. Stiller founded Woolbright Development, Inc. in 1983 in Boynton Beach on the strengths of industry knowledge, personal service and creativity. With these values as the team's driving principles, Mr. Stiller has turned the company into the fastest growing retail real estate developer in the state. Over the last 5 years, Woolbright has acquired over 6 million square feet of existing shopping centers valued at over $750 million, which has boosted its annual growth rate to over 100% per year. Through its new joint venture program, Woolbright intends to add $5 billion to its portfolio over the next five years. Woolbright primarily focuses its investments on redeveloping existing shopping centers in Florida's densely populated metro areas, and has recently added ground-up developments into its project mix. Mr. Stiller began his career with Traveler's Asset Management International Corporation as Director of Property Management. He also helped form The Sterling Companies in 1993. Mr. Stiller graduated from the College of Engineering at Cornell University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker and licensed General Contractor.
