ULI Forum on Compact Development: Building a Better Toolkit
June 16, 2006
Riverside Hotel, Fort Lauderdale

On June 16, 2006 The Urban Land Institute, in partnership with the National Multi Housing Council, held a forum focusing on compact development in Southeast Florida at the Riverside Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This meeting was the third of four meetings held around the country to discuss the issue.

Chaired locally by ULI SE FL/Caribbean Executive Committee Member Debbie Orshefsky, a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig law firm, over 40 regional stakeholders met to discuss brief south Florida case studies and the economics of development in today’s market.
