We are excited to announce that ULI SE Florida/Caribbean Past Chair Eric Swanson has been appointed ULI’s Vice Chair of District Councils, effective July 1, 2014. This position is ULI’s highest ranking member position for the world-wide network of more than 60 District Councils (USA) and National Councils (Europe & Asia). He will work side-by-side with ULI EVP Marilee Utter on all things District Council!

Along with this new position, Eric will be appointed to the ULI Board of Trustees and will be a member of the ULI operational leadership.

The immediate past chair of our District Council, Eric currently also chairs the 2014 Florida Statewide Summit and the Florida Product Council Steering Committee. Eric’s appointment continues our District Council’s long-standing tradition of seeing past District Council leadership continue their ULI service on the national platform.
