Florida/Caribbean District Council’s Young Leader’s Group is
pleased to announce another exciting and educational event.
We have invited Marc A. Kopelman, CPA to speak to us on real
estate development in South Florida and his career in the
industry.
A seasoned developer, Marc is the
Investment Equity Director at the Stiles Capital Group.
Prior to joining Stiles he developed office and residential
properties throughout South Florida with Zenith Realty
Investments and was also a national consultant with Ernst &
Young’s Kenneth Levethal Real Estate Group.
Marc will briefly highlight his career for
us and discuss the real estate industry in general and in
South Florida. His remarks will be practical and
conversational and will be followed by question and answer.
Come and gain insight from Mr. Kopelman’s
vast exposure to the South Florida market in addition to
networking with each other and learning about ULI and our
Young Leader’s Group. Light refreshments and drinks will be
