residential have not made it to Southeast Florida? Which
neighborhoods from around the world could inspire a new

sniff out unmet demand. At this ULI Young Leaders Group
event, a panel of real estate and design innovators will
discuss how innovation adds value, and offer their thoughts
on innovation in the Miami real estate market. You won't
want to miss this groundbreaking discussion, bringing you
ideas for the future.
This event is targeted for those 35 year of age and younger
but all ages welcome. A plated breakfast will be served.

Directions/Parking:
-Traveling South on I-95, exit on Biscayne Boulevard
(Exit # 2A)
-When approaching the first traffic signal, stay in the far
left lane. Note it is only lane permitting traffic to
continue straight through the signal.
-Go straight through the first and second (SE 3rd Avenue)
traffic signals.
-Turn left to the extreme left lane on Biscayne Blvd and
pass the next signal. The main entrance to the Wachovia
Financial Center parking garage is on the left.
-Please be prepared to show an ID to the security at the
garage entrance.
Parking is available on all floors. Please proceed to the
elevator to the Lobby and walk over the pedestrian bridge to
the main entrance of the building. Security at the entrance
will guide you to the club.
The Miami City Club is located on the 55th floor.
From the Main Lobby, use the elevators to the 49th floor.
At the 49th floor, change elevators to reach the 55th floor
