The Southeast
Florida/Caribbean District Council's Young Leader's Group is
pleased to announce its next event, a limited seating
roundtable discussion in downtown Miami.
The roundtable will feature two distinguished speakers
including: |
Stephen H. Bittel, Chairman,
Terranova Corporation
Neisen O. Kasdin, Shareholder, Akerman Senterfitt &
Former Chair, ULI SE FL/Caribbean

Stephen H. Bittel is
the Chairman and founder of Terranova Corporation, leading a
team of 95 professionals owning and/or operating a
commercial real estate portfolio valued at nearly $1.5
billion. Neisen Kasdin, Mayor of Miami Beach and former ULI
SE FL/Caribbean Chair heads the firm wide Land Use Group of
Akerman Senterfitt.
The speakers will discuss issues facing the Southeast
Florida real estate market including industry trends,
career-paths, advice for young leaders, and beyond.
This is a wonderful opportunity to meet and learn from
industry leaders in a small intimate setting. This Young
Leaders Group event is open to “35 under 35” (35 ULI members
who are under 35 years of age). Coffee, soft
drinks, and cookies will be provided. |

• Take I-95 South to Exit 2A"US 1 Biscayne Boulevard/Brickell
Avenue"
• Bear to the right and follow the sign "US 1 Biscayne

• At the second light make a left turn onto "SE 3rd Avenue"
• At the second light make a right turn onto "SE 1st Street"
• SunTrust parking garage is on the left side of "SE 1st

Parking
Visitor parking is available in the SunTrust building. The
entrance to the parking garage is on the left side of SE 1st
Street. Parking should be approx. $7 per hour. |
