The Southeast Florida/Caribbean District Council's Young Leader's Group is pleased to announce its next event, a limited seating roundtable discussion in Boca Raton focusing on the topic of Green Building.

The roundtable will feature two distinguished speakers including:

Paul D'Arelli, Attorney, Greenberg Traurig (right)

Bruce is the Founder and Managing Principal of RLC Architects, a 34 person architecture, planning and sustainable design firm in Boca Raton. The firm’s vision is to create designs that works with nature rather than against it -this is the vital component in creating sustainable and environmental friendly developments. The firm is currently designing 8 LEED projects throughout the tri-county area.

Paul D’Arelli is a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Fort Lauderdale office and has more than 11 years of experience in complex mixed-use redevelopment; Developments of Regional Impact (DRIs); land use plan amendments; platting, zoning and site plan approvals; variances; and land use due diligence. As a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED® AP), Paul is one of a handful of attorneys across the country that have joined a national community of design, planning, and other professionals who have recognized the significance of green building trends on human and environmental health and have responded by receiving accreditation through the U.S. Green Building Council.

The speakers will discuss their specific experience with green building in the Southeast Florida real estate market and will also discuss career-paths, advice for young leaders, and beyond.

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet and learn from industry leaders in a small intimate setting. This Young Leaders Group event is open to “35 under 35” (35 ULI members who are under 35 years of age or younger). Soft drinks, and light refreshments will be provided. A cash bar will be open and available for purchases at 5:30pm.
