The 2016 Lifetime Achievement Award for our annual ULI Vision Awards recognized Stephen Owens, President of Swire Properties. Under Steve’s leadership, Swire has played a central role in the urban development of Miami and South Florida for more than three decades.

Steve’s responsibilities with Swire have included some $3 billion in projects throughout the States of Florida, Hawaii, Texas and Hong Kong.
