ULI Case Study Brief of Wynwood Walls Just Released

Wynwood Walls is a collection of six privately owned warehouses that flank previously abandoned land used for junk storage and garbage in the urban core of Miami. In creating Wynwood Walls, the building facades were transformed into canvases and the open land area was converted to a gallery floor. Wynwood Walls Named 2016 Project of the Year!

ULI SE Florida/Caribbean announced its 2016 Project of the Year Winner on Thursday, September 22nd at the District Council’s Vision Awards to an audience of over 640 at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami. Significant Impact from WLI Grant at the Local Level

In 2015, the ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative awarded Urban Innovation Grants to four District and National Councils to support the creation of innovative programs that raise the visibility and number of women in ULI and the real estate industry.
