As the climate continues toward warmer temperatures and more extreme rainfall, cities across the country are increasingly vulnerable to coastal flooding. One of Miami-Dade County’s most valuable cities is fighting back. The City of Miami Beach is leading South Florida in reducing its risk to flooding and sea level rise.
ULI’s Advisory Panel met in Miami Beach for three days late April and released a final report with recommendations for how the city can improve its climate strategy.
Attend this lunch program to learn about the recommendations from ULI panel members and hear from city leaders on implementation.

Save the Date and join us in Miami Beach on November 8th to learn about the ULI report recommendations and how the City is moving forward with implementation.
