Margina Demmer

Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates, Inc.

Margina Demmer is an Associate and Project Designer at NBWW, and a Registered Architect in Florida. She holds Master of Architecture and Master of Urban Design degrees from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Miami. Since joining NBWW in 2013, she has been involved in the design of various mixed use, hospitality, multifamily, and commercial projects. Ms. Demmer was born in Costa Rica and raised in Miami, FL. She is a passionate designer whose previous projects include Met Square, Dadeland Overture, and proposals for the Bahia Mar Resort and Residences, Island Gardens, and Coconut Grove Bank. She is currently managing the design and development of Block F East, a mixed use project at the heart of the Miami World Center development in Downtown Miami

Chi Chi Truong is a Project Manager & Sustainability Coordinator at Schwebke-Shiskin & Associates, Inc. Chi Chi has served as both the Vice President and President of USGBC Miami, on the State Board of USGBC Florida, the Emerging Professionals Chair for USGBC South Florida, a National Chair for the USGBC National Students Program, and on the USGBC Global Community Engagement Collaborative Advisory Group.
