    Tim Marvin

    Managing Director, Global Hotels, JLL

    Based in Washington D.C., Mr. Marvin is an Executive Vice President with JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group specializing in brand & operator selection, strategic planning, management and franchise agreement negotiations and acquisition/disposition underwriting and due diligence. Additionally, he has the responsibility for account management and serves as a conduit for both domestic and offshore clients involved in the ownership, operation, development and branding of hotels. Mr. Marvin has represented several top companies and has been involved in hospitality real estate for more than 30 years. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Marvin was Managing Director for Host Hotels & Resorts where he led two teams focused on investing capital in North and Latin America which included under-writing, negotiating and transacting investments totaling over $1.0 billion over a 5 year period. Prior to Host, he worked for Marriott International, Inc. and was responsible for growing Marriott’s full-service brand portfolio in 24 states. During that time, he led the successful negotiations for over 40,000 new full-service hotel rooms and led Marriott’s involvement in public/private hotel developments. Early in his career, Mr. Marvin was a senior consultant at Laventhol & Horwath where he provided feasibility studies, financing proposals and appraisals related to hotel and similar transactions. Mr. Marvin began his career in hospitality operations where he held various positions in hotels, restaurants and private clubs. Tim is a graduate of Michigan State University with a BA in Business Administration/Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management and Johnson & Wales University (Culinary Arts). He is affiliated with the following: Aspen Institute Executive Development Program; Michigan State University Hotel Real Estate Program Advisory Council Member; American Hotel & Lodging Association Scholarship Committee (past Chair).

    Adam Greenfader

    AG & T

    Adam Greenfader is a Chairman of AG&T, a real estate development and advisory firm based in Miami, Florida. AG&T specializes in hospitality, residential, and commercial developments the Caribbean, Central America, and Florida. AG&T’s principal clients include hedge funds, private equity and other institutional capital groups. Adam has worked on over 55 developments valued over $1.5 billion dollars. The projects include master planned communities, hotels, and private island resorts. Recent projects located in Puerto Rico, Sint Maarten, Jamaica, Panama, and Costa Rica. Mr. Greenfader currently chairs the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Caribbean Council and is the Florida Liaison for the Puerto Rico Builders Association. Adam is passionate about resiliency, green building and the use of blockchain technologies in real estate. He has authored multiple white papers and has recently released a new book called, “Why Puerto Rico Now: a masterplan for resurgence, resiliency, and long-term economic growth.” Adam is frequently invited to speak on such topics as creating sustainable hotels, Puerto Rico investments, Public-Private Partnerships, blockchain, and real estate in the Caribbean. Adam Greenfader holds a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from the University of Southern California and is fluent in English, Spanish and French.

    Kenny Blatt

    Principal, CPG Real Estate

    Kenneth M. Blatt, is currently a Principal and Managing Partner of CPG Real Estate and Dorado Beach Resort. CPG had been an active investor in the Caribbean and Central America through its $500m Caribbean Fund with Goldman Sachs and now, other than Dorado Beach, is focused more on unique hospitality GP and residential development opportunities in the US. Dorado Beach is an iconic 1900 integrated resort community in Puerto Rico where Mr. Blatt serves on its Board and oversees the executives that run all of Dorado Beach’s hotel, golf and sales operations. Kenny has over 35 years of experience as an entrepreneur and investor in the US, Caribbean and Central and Eastern Europe. He is also a founding partner in Gemini Homes, a Southeast US residential real estate investor and an advisor and investor in ID Funds, an alternative investment platform amongst other investments and board positions. He is a graduate of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, Emory Law School and received an advanced business certificate at INSEAD.

    Stephanie serves as a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Caribbean Council where she helps to strengthen the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities throughout the Caribbean. She is also the Founder and CEO of J.S. Real Estate where she is responsible for strategic oversight, operations, and development management efforts for the company. She is passionate about historical properties and reinvigorating their legacy while creating more lasting, walkable communities everyone can enjoy. With over 15 years of experience working with organizations in urban planning, sustainable development and compliance monitoring, Stephanie is dedicated to creating resilient communities that can be enjoyed for many generations. About J.S. Real Estate J.S. Real Estate is a boutique real estate development and property management firm that is focused on the renovation of minority-owned historical properties.     Kevin Davenport

    Senior Vice President, Swire Properties

    Kevin Davenport is a Senior Vice President of Development at Swire Properties responsible for Swire's five-million-square-foot U.S. development pipeline. Kevin was previously Senior Vice President of Development at Brookfield Properties where his primary contributions were focused on multifamily development in New York City including responsibility for Greenpoint Landing, a five-tower master-planned mixed-income rental development on the Brooklyn waterfront. Kevin also spent six years as part of project development team overseeing Manhattan West, a seven-million-square-foot mixed-use development in the Hudson Yards District of Manhattan including the Eugene, an 844-unit mixed-income rental, the Pendry Hotel, 250 thousand square feet of retail, and five million square feet of office space. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2012, Kevin was with the Blackstone Group focusing on strategic real estate advisory mandates and capital raising efforts including the formation of BREP VII, Blackstone’s $13.3 billion flagship real estate fund. Kevin’s prior experience also includes asset management and acquisitions activities with Hines Interests. Kevin received a B.A. in Economics, with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania.
