    Dora Puig has been Ranked as the No.1 Realtor in Miami-Dade County in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023 by The Real Trend’s Verified Study, Published by The Wall Street Journal. In 2024, Dora was Ranked #1 in Miami-Dade, #7 in FL and #33 in the USA for Small Teams by Total Dollar Volume. Dora started her high-end real estate career in the early 90’s in Beverly Hills, California before returning to South Florida where she has been responsible for over $5.5 billion in career sales. She is known for her extensive portfolio of Luxury Waterfront Estates & Condominiums in Miami’s most sought-after residential locations. Through consecutive record-breaking sales, she is recognized as the top producer in exclusive neighborhoods throughout Miami and the Beaches. In 2021-2023, Puig closed $1.6 billion in transactions. Puig also currently serves as the Exclusive Listing Partner for the island’s luxury single-family homes, The Links Estates at Fisher Island - a $300+ Million project.

    Brenda is a Relationship Manager at UBS Financial Services where she is focused on the wealth management and lending needs of large North American families. She was previously at Credit Suisse Private Wealth Management in Toronto, where she was responsible for establishing and building out Credit Suisse’s private banking business in Canada in 2012. Brenda joined Credit Suisse in 2010 from Citi Private Bank in New York where she worked as an Investment Strategist for Ultra High Net Worth clients. Brenda was also a member of Citi Private Bank’s Research Committee. Brenda is a frequent contributor to Bloomberg, BNN Bloomberg and CNBC. She is also a panelist on Mornings with Maria on Fox Business. She has a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University in New York and an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business in Ontario, Canada. Brenda is married with two young daughters and resides in Miami.

    As the Founder and CEO of vdV Consulting LLC, a Miami-based boutique firm, Tina has carved out a unique niche in the consulting world. Her company specializes in public relations, strategy, marketing, business development, business coaching, and legal recruitment - a diverse portfolio that reflects Tina's own multifaceted career. Before founding vdV Consulting, Tina co-founded NewStar Media, where she served as Chief Strategy Officer. This entrepreneurial venture was the perfect segue into launching her own consulting firm, where she now helps clients across various industries achieve their business goals through creative, efficient, and customized strategies. Tina's impact extends far beyond the boardroom. Her dedication to community service is evident in her numerous board positions and volunteer roles. She is a former co-chair of the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami, a youth mentoring organization close to her heart. Currently, she serves on the Board of Trustees of St. Thomas Episcopal Parish School and the Board of Directors of the Sundari Foundation, better known as Lotus House / Lotus Village. Her community involvement doesn't stop there. Tina is an active member of the Women of Tocqueville and serves on committees for Miami City Ballet, Perez Art Museum Miami, The Women's Fund Miami-Dade, and the Little Lighthouse Foundation. She has co-chaired high-profile events such as the United Way Women United Breakfast and the Miami City Ballet Nutcracker Magic Soirée. Tina's contributions have not gone unnoticed. Her most recent accolade, the Miami Women Who Rock "Woman of the Year" Award, is a testament to her ongoing impact in both the business and nonprofit sectors.

    Christina Cuervo

    Principal, Cuervo Group

    Christina has been in the real estate development and investment field, both in the private and public sector, over the past 29 years. Over the past nine years, as President & COO of The Development Group of South Florida (TDG) and various single purpose entities, she has been engaged in many real estate development and acquisition projects in South Florida and successfully partnered with The Related Group in the development and construction of over 23 luxury residential condominium buildings with over 12 million saleable square feet and served as project manager of the Apogee Condominium project in the South of Fifth neighborhood. Over the past several years, Cuervo strategically targeted foreclosed property acquisitions and development opportunities in South Florida. Through various lending arms, she provided over $30 million in private financing to several entities and individuals, primarily secured by first mortgages on a variety of real estate assets. In addition, Christina has served as a consultant to various development interests in the South Florida community. Recently, with the establishment of Gorson Cuervo Group (“GCG”), Cuervo manages and operates several retail and residential properties throughout the tri-county area. Namely, a 22,000 +/- sf commercial center located in South Beach, known as the Portofino Shops in South Beach and retail/office center at 9491 Harding Avenue in Surfside, Florida, and manages over 90 residential rental properties throughout Miami-Dade & Broward County. Prior to joining The Development Group of South Florida, Cuervo served as Assistant City Manager at the City of Miami Beach (1998-2005) and the City of Miami (1992-1998), as the City’s senior administrator responsible for oversight and coordination among the real estate development & regulatory functions, financial divisions and administrative departments of the municipalities. Formal on the job training commenced as a credit management trainee at Southeast Bank, which was acquired by First Union/Wachovia and later worked at United National Bank (n/k/a Sabadell United Bank), resulting in a 6 year banking career focused on commercial real estate transactions. A graduate of Georgetown University (1986) and born in Miami, Christina attended high school in Zurich, Switzerland and locally at Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart. Through 2014, Cuervo served on the State of Florida Elevator Safety Technical Advisory Council, appointed by Secretary of State of Florida, and as a Commission appointed Board Member of the Capital Improvement Projects Oversight Committee for the City of Miami Beach. Up until 2011, she served as President and on the Board of Directors of the Harbour House Condominium Association and various not for profit and community based organizations in South Florida throughout her 30+/year career. Christina is passionate about giving back to the community and supporting charitable organizations. She has served on various community Boards and is the secretary of the Nautilus Homeowners Association.

    Vanessa B. Stabile is the Chief Operating Officer of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, the leading luxury real estate brokerage firm throughout Florida’s east coast. Brining nearly two decades of experience across multiple verticals within South Florida’s real estate market, Stabile is a driving force behind strategic initiatives and company culture development that has played a vital role in building the One Sotheby’s International Realty brand. Recognized as a forward-thinking and passionate professional, Stabile has a proven reputation for fostering creativity and motivating agents, sales teams and colleagues to create a productive and cohesive work environment. She currently leads the firm’s operations, agent services and staff growth programs, bringing tremendous value to the company culture and overall business goals. Stabile began her career with the brand at its early inception, joining as Director of International Sales & Marketing in 2009.     Until Alexandra joined the team 5 years ago, Continuum Company had not developed any real estate projects South Florida in over 20 years, since developing the Continuum South Beach – arguably one of the most successful luxury condominium projects in Miami. Upon joining the team, Alexandra spearheaded the company's re-entry into the South Florida market, with the goal of bringing a New-York level of sophistication and style to projects in undervalued neighborhoods.
