Leadership Institute Projects
Leadership Projects leverage ULI’s mission and member expertise to improve communities throughout our region. Provided through ULI’s Leadership Institute, this pro-bono advising service provides tangible solutions to land use and real estate challenges faced by public entities and non-profit organizations throughout Southeast Florida.
Leadership Projects for 2025 are currently underway. Learn more about how to be selected for a future Leadership Institute Project. Applications for projects for 2026 will be due in October 2025.
