The Transit-Oriented Development Academy is an immersive and engaging program that trains and educates area professionals and community leaders on Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) and its importance as a tool to promote smart growth and livability.
This year’s TOD Academy has been cancelled. Program will resume sometime Fall of 2020 or Spring of 2021.
Learn options for making TOD’s work: policies, tax incentives, building typologies and why more developers are now focusing on TODs.
