City of Miramar Notice of Request for Proposals For Developer / Investor / Operator for Miramar Town Center
The City of Miramar (the “City”) is seeking Proposals from qualified real estate builders/developers that have the expertise, experience and resources (financial and operational) to purchase or ground lease, finance, construct and operate a development on an approximately 3.742-acre paved City-owned property within the Miramar Town Center (“MTC”) known as Block 2. As part of any Proposal, the City will also evaluate offers for a long-term lease for existing City-owned ground level prime retail shell space totaling approximately 14,000 square feet (12,000 gross leasable area) located within the recently constructed Miramar Police Headquarters.

Proposals due to the Office of the City Clerk by December 5, 2018, at 2:00 PM.
