The five ULI District Councils in Florida (Southeast Florida/Caribbean, Central Florida, North Florida, Southwest Florida, and Tampa Bay) were awarded $25,000 of the Urban Innovation Grant in 2013, thanks to the generous support of the ULI Foundation Annual Fund. We are one of only 17 district and national council projects that recognize or launch innovative public-private partnerships that advance the responsible use of land in building healthy, thriving communities worldwide.
