Young Leaders Group Announces New 2022-2024 Leadership
ULI announces new Young Leaders Group Chairs Eduardo Valle, Nicholas Godfred, Brian Jaffe, and Jordan Davis
ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean is now accepting nominations for Project of the Year and Young Leader of the Year for the 2025 Vision Awards. Nominations will be due Friday, March 7, 2025 at 5:00pm.
The annual ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean Vision Awards recognize excellence in land use and real estate development throughout the region. Nominations for the 2025 Vision Awards ceremony are being accepted in two separate categories: Project of the Year and Young Leader of the Year.
2022 Project of the Year – CocoWalk Redevelopment
The Project of the Year Award recognizes outstanding achievements in real estate development or redevelopment in the Southeast Florida and Caribbean region that represent the highest standards of achievement in the industry and highlight innovation, transformational change, unique solutions, and above all responsibility in land use and development.
All completed development and redevelopment project types, sizes, and sectors are eligible for consideration. Projects must be located within Southeast Florida (Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, or Okeechobee Counties) or the Caribbean, and must be open, operational, and financially stable.
Entries must include a completed 2025 Project Nomination Form, a brief write-up that highlights how the nominated project fits the award criteria, and at least one overall photo of the project plus a site plan. Additional photos, plans, and relevant press releases, project writeups, and news articles are highly recommended.
2023 Young Leader of the Year – Aaron Stolear of 13th Floor Investments
The Young Leader of the Year award honors inspiring industry professionals aged 35 or younger whose outstanding achievements and contributions are advancing the industry and shaping our communities. Ideal candidates are recognized leaders in their field who have championed best practices, made a difference in their communities, and show continued promise for the future.
Nominees must be real estate development industry professionals aged 35 or younger who live and work in Southeast Florida (Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, or Okeechobee Counties) or the Caribbean that exemplify contributions to the industry and to our community-at-large. Candidates do not need to be ULI members.
Entries must include a completed 2025 Young Leader Nomination Form, plus a resume or bio, photo, and writeup or any other materials supporting why the candidate meets the award criteria and should be recognized as ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean’s Young Leader of the Year.
