Leadership Projects are pro-bono advisory service projects offered through the Leadership Institute that seek to provide solutions to tangible land use and real estate challenges faced by local non-profit organizations and public entities.

The Leadership Institute provides a powerful local resource to help guide the responsible development of the Southeast Florida/Caribbean region by strengthening connections among area professionals that guide and influence Southeast Florida/Caribbean real estate development. The nine-month program seeks to develop the next generation of industry leaders that share ULI’s commitment to responsibility in land use and development and in growing thriving communities.
Projects are completed by teams of Leadership Institute participants during the nine-month program. Proposed Leadership Projects should be tangible real estate issues where clients require direction and advice to solve a problem they may not otherwise have the resources or funds to address.
Leadership Project Teams will work with clients to:
Non-profit organizations, governments, and public agencies facing complex land use and real estate challenges in the Southeast Florida Region.
