ULI Florida Summit Coming to Downtown Miami this September
The annual statewide Summit returns this September in-person in downtown Miami and with an online platform for virtual attendees.
We are excited to welcome Omar Morales, an associate at Berkadia, as the new Miami Chair of ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean’s Young Leaders Group. ULI is the oldest and largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts in the world, shaping the future of the industry, and creating thriving communities around the globe.
As part of Berkadia’s South Florida Multifamily Investment Advisory Team, Omar helps developers and investors sell, acquire, and finance land & multifamily investment opportunities. Over his career, Omar has been involved in closing over a billion dollars worth of multifamily and land transactions across South Florida.
“The Young Leaders Group within ULI is one that shaped and supercharged my commercial real estate career. It presented me with countless opportunities to interact with the community,” said Omar. “I look forward to continue opening doors for the next generation of real estate leaders by facilitating thoughtful engagement and experiences between peers and industry leaders.”

The Young Leaders Group is a unique multi-disciplinary forum within the Urban Land Institute for young professionals under the age of 35. The Young Leaders Group is committed to helping build the region’s next generation of land use and real estate development industry leaders by creating opportunities for our region’s young professionals to build relationships that will help them advance in their careers and develop the skills and knowledge needed to become the next generation of successful real estate industry leaders.
