Midtown Miami Chosen as Site for 2020 ULI Hines Student Competition
Graduate Student Teams Challenged to Design Thriving, Mixed-Use, Transit-Oriented Neighborhood in Midtown
ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean is now accepting nominations for the Project of the Year and Young Leader of the Year categories for the 2020 Vision Awards. Nominations will be accepted until Friday, March 13th, 2019 at 5:00pm.
ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean’s annual Vision Awards event recognizes excellence in land use and real estate development throughout the region. Nominations for the 2020 Vision Awards ceremony are now being accepted in two separate categories: Project of the Year and Young Leader of the Year.
Last year’s awards event recognized Brightline / Virgin Trains USA as the 2019 Project of the Year and Jaime Sturgis as the 2019 Young Leader of the Year. See all past Vision Awards honorees.
The Project of the Year Award recognizes outstanding achievements in real estate development or redevelopment in the Southeast Florida and Caribbean region that represent the highest standards of achievement in the industry and highlight innovation, transformational change, unique solutions, and above all responsibility in land use and development.
The Young Leader of the Year award honors inspiring industry professionals aged 35 or younger whose outstanding achievements and contributions are advancing the industry and shaping our communities. Ideal candidates are recognized leaders in their field who have championed best practices, made a difference in their communities, and show continued promise for the future.
