The annual statewide Summit returns this September in-person in downtown Miami and with an online platform for virtual attendees.
The annual ULI Florida Summit convenes top professionals from every sector of the real estate industry to share knowledge, build relationships, and explore the progress, prosperity, and future development of the state of Florida.
One of the largest ULI regional meetings, the conference brings together developers, attorneys, engineers, architects, investors, land use planners and more from both the private and public sectors.
Offered in-person this year at the JW Marriott Marquis, Miami along with an online option for virtual participants, the 2021 Summit will reconvene top industry leaders to examine the future of real estate and communities during a time of unprecedented change and new opportunities.

The hybrid event will span two days and feature renowned industry leaders who will share their insights on topics ranging from the Florida economy and changing technology to big business relocation and the Wall Street migration.
Now available for the first time, the online option will allow professionals from around the county with interests in the state to participate as virtual attendees. Open to both members and nonmembers of the Urban Land Institute, this year’s event expects to attract 400-700 attendees interested in the state’s progress.
Jointly hosted by the five ULI District Councils of Florida, the ULI Florida Summit is one of the largest ULI regional meetings with top speakers and leaders in the industry.
