ULI Thanks Tere Blanca for her Leadership as District Council Chair
Tere Blanca - Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Blanca CRE, wraps up her two-year term as Chair of ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean this month.
ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean is excited to announce that Anthony Graziano, CEO of Integra Realty Resources, has been appointed to serve as the new Chair of the District Council. During his two-year term, Graziano will oversee ULI’s efforts to convene and collaborate with private and public leaders to educate and foster more equitable, sustainable land use and real estate development across the region.
“As South Florida continues to be one of the nation’s strongest real estate markets and our overall growth trajectory points north, it’s important to work together to continue this momentum. Anthony’s gravitas, experience, and commitment make him an ideal leader for the District Council,” said Tere Blanca, Outgoing Chair, ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean & Founder, Chair, and CEO of Blanca Commercial Real Estate.
A Full Member of ULI since 2012, Graziano has served on the Advisory Board (2013-16), been instrumental in the creation of the District Council’s Leadership Institute, and hosted the past four years’ Vision Awards.
“From housing affordability to resilience to the insurance crisis, having the public and private sector work together has perhaps never been more important,” said Graziano. “ULI is focused on cultivating partnerships and sparking changes necessary to create effective solutions, and I look forward to stewarding these efforts on behalf of ULI.”
Currently serving as the CEO of Integra Realty Resources, Graziano is responsible for executing strategic planning and growth of Integra’s 55+ commercial valuation, advisory and consulting offices in the U.S and Caribbean. He has counseled and advised clients on the sale, leasing, valuation, management, and development of commercial real estate assets throughout the northeast and southeast U.S. since 1992.
He is a current advisory board member for the University of Miami’s M+RED Program, and he is active nationally with the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE). Graziano earned his B.S. in Land Development and Planning from the University of Miami and M.S. in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University.
