    Liam is the Managing Director of BCQS International (www.bcqs.com), the largest property and development consultancy in the Caribbean and Latin America, with a team of over eighty people operating from thirteen strategic locations. Liam has over thirty five years of experience providing quantity surveying, project management, project monitoring and appraisal services to both public and private sector clients. He has lived and worked in the Caribbean since 1990 and has personally worked on projects in Anguilla, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bonaire, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curacao, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Providenciales, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, Tobago and Tortola. Liam has a BSc in quantity surveying from Leeds Metropolitan University. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Additionally, Liam is an RICS Registered Valuer, an RICS APC Assessor and sits on the RICS Americas Eminent Panel and Education and Standards Board.

    Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, Sterling Global Finance

    Tim has over 30 years of experience across financial services and banking, having spent the last 20 years of his career at RBC Royal Bank. From 2015 to 2018, Tim was SVP at RBC Caribbean where he was a leader in the strategic management team, and directly responsible for Corporate, Commercial, Wealth Management, and Retail Banking across the Caribbean region. Prior to that, Tim was responsible for the Commercial Mortgage, Leasing, Vendor Financing, Treasury Products, and Trade groups across Canada. Other roles included Regional Vice-President of Commercial Banking in Toronto, where implemented leading edge Industry Specialization in commercial banking, VP of Business Financial Services where was responsible for large credit underwriting for Real Estate, Services, and Supply Chain clients and where he co-wrote the commercial lending manual for RBC. Tim was also the founder of RBC’s successful working capital asset based lending business. Tim earned his Bachelor of Economics Degree from York University and his MBA from the Queen’s University. A former Captain of the York University basketball team, he has been a member of the York Sports Hall of Fame since 2004.

He currently Chairs the ULI Caribbean Council in South East Florida and is the Florida Liaison Committee Chair for the Puerto Rico Builders Association. Adam is passionate about resiliency – Green building practices. He is especially interested in the use of blockchain and real estate. Adam is a noted speaker and author.     Emily Morgan is a current master's student for the University of Miami Real Estate Development & Urbanism & the current Land Development Manager for NVR Inc. for Southeast Florida. She has a background in construction management, real estate development and urban design with a focus on Southeast Florida and The Caribbean. Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, Emily is focused on innovative, sustainable, and resilient approaches to building a better Caribbean. She is the Caribbean Engagement Liaison, alongside the chair Adam Greenfader, for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Southeast/Florida & The Caribbean District Council and is on a mission to increase collaborative initiatives with fellow developers throughout the region, while also becoming a leader in the region herself. Her focus is on mixed-use, residential and hospitality project by utilizing her placemaking and design focused vision to help combat environmental challenges, integrate culture & society, and build a better Caribbean for generations to come.
