    Omar Morales is an Associate at Berkadia, where he focuses on large multifamily transactions throughout Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Prior to joining Berkadia, he worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Walker & Dunlop.

    Nicole Santander handles Project Management and Project Leasing for Gadinsky Real Estate. She entered the commercial real estate business upon graduating from the University of Miami with a Masters degree in Business Administration in 2015. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Florida State University. Nicole was motivated to transition into commercial real estate by her background in hospitality and restaurant management where she developed a keen understand of the ever-changing Miami market. Nicole is a Miami native and active member of the community, participating in organizations such as Chapman Partnership and Leadership Miami.

    Seth Gadinsky

    Gadinsky Real Estate, LLC.

    Seth Gadinsky is the Principal of Gadinsky Real Estate. He entered the real estate business upon graduation with a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from M.I.T. in 1983. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tufts University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Over the past 37 years he has developed, leased and operated shopping centers, large and small, and many single tenant projects for clients such as Walgreens and Starbuck’s. He has also represented tenants in their expansion and consulted with owners to help bring retail projects to life on their property. He is a partner in Dassett, Ltd. which recently completed the Indigo Hotel in Winston Salem and is building hotels in Charlotte, NC and Alpharetta, Ga. Seth is a managing partner in Vintage Real Estate Investment Fund and H3 Hospitality. In addition he has served as the Florida Board Chair for the Anti-Defamation League and currently chairs the The Mayor’s Blue Ribbon Panel to improve quality of life and business on Arthur Godfrey Road on Miami Beach.

    Eduardo Valle

    Senior Analyst - Development, Lloyd Jones Capital, LLC

    Eduardo Valle is currently the lead Analyst at Lloyd Jones' Development Division, where he works with the Executive VP of Development to handle all aspects of land acquisitions, multifamily/senior housing developments, and existing property acquisitions throughout Florida, Texas and the Southeast. Specifically, he is involved in deal sourcing, market research, financial modeling, contract negotiations, due diligence, entitlements, construction and closing.

    Cate Rassman Afrooz

    Commercial Real Estate Attorney, Akerman LLP

    Cate is an associate with Akerman Miami, where she concentrates her practice on acquisition, leasing, development, and real estate financing matters. Her experience includes closing New Markets Tax Credit deals as well as assisting clients with the development of mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail, public-private partnership, and hospitality projects. As a law student, Cate clerked with the general counsel of Millcraft Investments, Inc., where she assisted with the development of several mixed-use projects in downtown Pittsburgh. She was also involved in CERCLA (Superfund) litigation as a law clerk with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. Cate was selected to serve as a Legal Writing teaching assistant and was a published member of the University of Pittsburgh Journal of Technology Law & Policy. Cate also received the prestigious Dean’s Scholarship, Public Interest Scholarship and two C.A.L.I. Excellence Awards, and served on the board of the PITT Legal Income Sharing Foundation, a 501(c)(3).
