Some of his clients include preeminent real estate owners, developers, construction companies, and lenders across the United States and overseas. He specializes in structuring unique Surety and Risk Management Insurance programs with the goal of enhancing a corporation’s balance sheet and ability to procure financing. Including owner-controlled insurance programs (Wrap-Up) & captive solutions. He has also been engaged to manage complex claims & damage evaluations resulting from natural disasters. Based in Miami, Jon focuses on strategic planning, client service and retention, and new business sales.
