    Michael Treacy

    Founder, PLUM

    Michael is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience, split between the UK and the Cayman Islands. He is one of the principles at Plum, a company he founded in 2018 to provide professional property services in the Cayman Islands including property and asset management, valuations, feasibility studies, project management and development consultancy. In addition to this role Michael has been influential in the development of modern luxury residences, and more recently larger luxury condominium developments in Grand Cayman.

    Adam Greenfader

    Principal, AG & T

    Adam Greenfader is a global real estate professional with a proven track record in over 52 new construction projects in the Caribbean, Puerto Rico and the United States. As managing partner of AG&T, Adam's principal responsibilities is in connecting capital with development opportunities. Adam is passionate about resiliency – Green building practices. Adam speaks English, Spanish and French and holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He currently Chairs the Caribbean Council at the Urban Land Institute and Florida Liaison Committee of the Puerto Rico Builders Association. For more info. www.agandt.net

    Carlos Palacious

    Managing Principal, Bron

    Carlos is an engineer by training, environmentalist by nature, entrepreneur at heart and executive by profession. Carlos was the first Bahamian Coastal Engineer. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Bahamas, Canada and USA as well as being globally certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP). In 2021, Project Y Bahamas named Carlos one of the top 48 millennials for his work in the environment, media, service, business, and as change maker. In 2018, Professional Services Bahamas named Carlos on the prestigious top 40 under 40 list. He was selected to represent American Society of Civil Engineers as an Emerging Leader in 2015. Carlos is a Founder and Managing Principal of several engineering and technical related businesses including BRON (development consulting), Eeden Farms (climate resilient farming), and BluTerra (sustainable manufacturing). Carlos has led many of the largest and most nationally significant public and private sector development projects and studies in recent times. Carlos is holds numerous leadership roles in professional, civic and religious organizations. He is a regular presenter at national and regional forums in the areas of hurricane preparedness and response, climate change adaptation, and sustainable development. Carlos is married to Anastarcia and they have a daughter, Cairo and son, Chosen.

    Emily Morgan

    Land Development Manager, NVR Inc.

    Emily is the Land Development Manager for NVR Inc. for the Southeast Florida Division, with a background in construction, urban design, and real estate development, focused in Southeast Florida and The Caribbean. Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, she is focused on innovative, sustainable, and resilient approaches to building a better Caribbean. Working alongside ULI, with a mission to enhance collaborative initiatives with fellow developers in the region, Emily is on a mission to build a better Caribbean for generations to come. Her studies from the University of Miami’s Master’s of Real Estate Development and Urbanism has allowed her to accelerate her efforts. She has become a leader and influential voice for her generation of up-and-coming developers.
