In light of current events, it has become obvious that it is not in the interest of our members, guests or staff to hold the 2020 ULI Florida Summit scheduled for June 11-12 in Jacksonville, Florida. Therefore, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the event.
We are pleased to announce that the 2021 Florida Summit will be held June 14-15, 2021 at the JW Marriott Marquis in Miami, Florida, and that the Summit will return to Jacksonville in 2022.
While ULI Florida is not holding a statewide Summit this year, we will be facilitating statewide virtual events over the coming weeks and hope you will be able to participate in one or more of these. These events can be found at your local district council's website.

Now in its 9th year, the ULI Florida Summit brings together Florida’s top industry experts to discuss the most current state and national real estate trends with a focus on growth, resiliency, innovation, and statewide land-use challenges.
This year’s conference will be held in Jacksonville, Florida, a city PwC’s 2020 Emerging Trends in Real Estatereport called “a treasure ripe for discovery” and noted as one of the top 20 cities nationwide for retail and property markets (report is jointly produced with Urban Land Institute).
This year’s General Sessions include presentations on Game Changing Projects in Jacksonville, a discussion of Florida’s resiliency planning, a comprehensive economic outlook for Florida and a conversation with heavy hitters in Industrial, Retail and Office. Additional topics include Affordable and Workforce Housing, Hipsturbia, Urban Waterfront Revitalization and the new Rental Housing Landscape.
