Tony works with developers and real estate companies to strategize how to be leaders in today’s and tomorrow’s real estate market by incorporating PropTech (Technology for Property), green development and global investments into their development/investment process to maximize their profits and impact to the community.

    Brian Koles

    Brand and Tenant Experience Director, Property Markets Group

    Brian Koles joined PMG in 2016 as Director of Brand & Human Experience, focusing on delivering the best possible living experience for anyone living in a PMG building. This unique role in real estate development encompasses technology implementations, amenity programming, retail partnerships, and social events. Prior to PMG, he spent ten years leading business development for venture-backed technology companies, starting at cloud telephony provider Vocalocity, which was acquired by Vonage. He then founded a green technology procurement portal and went on to lead customer acquisition for Devpost, where he helped clients like Uber, Microsoft,GE, and Samsung to grow their third-party app ecosystems. Brian graduated from Emory University. When not working, he can be found running, golfing, or cooking for his friends and family.

    Tigre Wenrich

    CEO, LAB Miami Ventures

    Based at The LAB Miami in Wynwood, South Florida’s original co-working space, Tigre runs LAB Ventures, an early stage investor in PropTech startups. Their startup studio has created businesses such as Lumi, RentCaddy, Expetitle and Beycome. Tigre and his partners are currently preparing to launch the LAB Ventures PropTech fund, a venture capital fund that will invest in seed stage startups for the Real Estate and Construction industries. Having invested in more than three dozen startups, Tigre is an active angel investor and a mentor to local emerging technology companies. He serves on the board of Miami Angels, the leading angel investor network in Florida, and the advisory boards for the University of Miami’s Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism (MRED+U) and FIU’s Master of International Business. Prior to his position at LAB Miami Ventures, Tigre joined Open English as its Founding CFO in 2009, helping to grow the company from commercial launch to over $50M in annual revenues while creating a massive consumer brand in Latin America. Under Tigre’s leadership, Open English raised more than $120M of Venture Capital in four rounds of investment from firms including Redpoint, Insight, and Technology Crossover Ventures. Tigre began his career as a strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, where he spent 16 years working across multiple industries in the US, Spain and Latin America. He holds a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University and is fluent in Spanish and English.

    Patrick Murphy

    Vice President, Coastal Construction

    Congressman Patrick Erin Murphy is currently an Executive Vice President of Coastal Construction. He oversees Coastal’s diversification and growth as the company continues its expansion throughout Florida. Additionally, he co-chairs Coastal’s philanthropic arm, Coastal Cares. Patrick’s first job was a day laborer, then project engineer, estimating assistant and accounting manager with Coastal. After graduating from the University of Miami, Patrick worked at Deloitte where he earned his CPA license. Patrick served in U.S. Congress, representing Palm Beach and Treasure Coast in the House of Representatives for four years (2013-2017) and was the nominee for the US Senate in 2016. After leaving office in 2017, he was named chair of the Future Forum Foundation, a nonprofit organization that researches key issues impacting millennials, such as automation, artificial intelligence and the sharing economy. Additionally, Patrick is conducting a bi-partisan nationwide tour of college campuses titled: “Why Gridlock Rules Washington and How We Can Solve the Crisis” that has visited 25 campuses nationwide. Patrick served as Transition Chairman for newly elected Agriculture Commissioner Nikki Fried. During the Fall 2017 semester, Patrick was a visiting Fellow at the Georgetown Institute of Politics and Public Service in Washington D.C. and is currently a Senior Fellow at FIU. Patrick proudly serves as a board member of the Miami Bridge Youth and Family Services, a homeless shelter for children.

    Managing Principal, Karson & Co

    Arden Karson is the Managing Principal of Karson & Co, a real estate brokerage, advisory and development company created to transform the South Florida real estate industry in the face of challenges related to COVID-19 and to target opportunities for the future. A graduate of Tufts University and Harvard Business School, Arden is a lifelong resident of South Florida. She has an extensive background in sales and marketing, development, acquisition, asset management, leasing and financing of commercial properties across all asset types. Over the course of her career, Ms. Karson served in executive and leadership roles at CBRE, Related Group, Lennar/LNR, Bank of America and PWC. Arden is active with many industry organizations and has been recognized by the media as a Miami Herald Power Leader and a Real Deal Top Business Woman. Arden serves on the Board of Advisors of the Friends of the Underline, the University of Miami Masters in Real Estate + Urbanism program and the Urban Land Institute Southeast Florida / Caribbean.
