    Witkin Hults + Partners

    Kelsey Trujeque joined Witkin Hults Design Group in 2018, with over three years’ experience in land use planning litigation services. At Witkin Hults Design Group, Kelsey is involved with the full range of the firm’s project categories and services, including industrial, mixed-use, hospitality, and residential development projects. She received a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from Florida Southern College and Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Florida.

    Alejandro Bolivar is a commercial insurance broker for Cothrom Risk & Insurance Services, where he focuses on property insurance for mid-sized commercial business. Leveraging his experience selling technology solutions to architects and engineers, Alejandro is in a unique position to understand the risks A&Es face with their errors & omissions exposure as well as how cyber risk is creating emerging threats to their bottom line.

    Margina Demmer

    Director of Architecture, Nichols Architects

    Margina Demmer is an Associate and Project Designer at NBWW, and a Registered Architect in Florida. She holds Master of Architecture and Master of Urban Design degrees from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Miami. Since joining NBWW in 2013, she has been involved in the design of various mixed use, hospitality, multifamily, and commercial projects. Ms. Demmer was born in Costa Rica and raised in Miami, FL. She is a passionate designer whose previous projects include Met Square, Dadeland Overture, and proposals for the Bahia Mar Resort and Residences, Island Gardens, and Coconut Grove Bank. She is currently managing the design and development of Block F East, a mixed use project at the heart of the Miami World Center development in Downtown Miami

    Chi Chi Truong

    Senior Engineer, Arup

    Chi Chi Truong is a Project Manager, Sustainability Coordinator, and Marketing Director at Schwebke-Shiskin & Associates, Inc. Chi Chi has served as President of both USGBC Miami and USGBC South Florida, a National Chair for the USGBC Students Program, and on the USGBC Global Community Engagement Collaborative Advisory Group. He was the first ever recipient of the USGBC National Rising Star Award. In 2020, Chi Chi will become the President of USGBC Florida. He is also a Sea Level Rise Committee Co-Chair on the Millennial Action Council in Miami Beach and is a new member of the ULI Resiliency Committee."
