Young Leaders Group Announces New 2022-2024 Leadership
ULI announces new Young Leaders Group Chairs Erin Ladd, Eduardo Valle, Liza Perry, and Dominic Gallardi
Changes to the ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean 2022-2024 Management Committee announced as Tere Blanca takes over as the new District Council Chair.
The ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean Management Committee, which executes the Institute’s activities throughout the region, welcomes new members to the 2022-2024 leadership team: Nicole Shiman, Senior Vice President – Regional Lead, Florida Region, EDENS, who joins the Management Committee as Chair of Florida Statewide Engagement; Shawn Warmstein, Vice President, RBB Communications, who takes over as Chair of Communications; and Erin Ladd, new Chair of the Young Leaders Group and Principal of LADD Planning and Development.
The new Management Committee members will be joining ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean District Council Chair Tere Blanca, Founder, President, and Chairman of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, along with existing committee members Tom Roth, Vice Chair of Mission Advancement and Principal of Roth Investment & Advisory; Scott MacLaren, Chair of the Governance Committee and President, Stiles; Arden Karson, Treasurer and Managing Principal, Karson & Co; Barron Channer, CEO of Woodwater Group and Chair of DE&I; Alec Bogdanoff, Principal & Co-Founder of Brizaga and Chair of the District’s Resiliency efforts; Lindsay Lecour, Chair of Housing Affordability and Senior Vice President, Atlantic | Pacific Communities; Adam Greenfader, Chair of Caribbean Engagement and Principal of AG&T; Jay Caplin, Principal of SQUARE2 Capital and Chair of Vision Awards; Jörg Flachowsky of JLL, Chair of the Leadership Institute; and Lisa Neumayer, Chief Executive Officer of Ivy Risk Strategies and Chair of the Women’s Leadership Initiative.
