Young Leaders Group Announces New 2022-2024 Leadership

ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean is excited to announce the next generation of chairs of its Young Leaders Group.

The Young Leaders Group, which represents ULI members under the age of 35, is committed to helping build the region’s next generation of land use and real estate development industry leaders.

Eduardo Valle

ULI Young Leaders Group Chair

We are excited to announce that Eduardo Valle has been appointed Chair of the ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean’s Young Leaders Group. A recent graduate of ULI’s Leadership Institute, he previously served as Co-Chair for Miami, where he worked to lead events and engagement opportunities for Young Leaders based in Miami-Dade county. In his new role, Eddy joins the ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean Management Committee, and oversees and directs priorities and strategic initiatives for young leaders and students across the district council’s seven counties.

Jordan Davis

ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean Young Leaders Group Co-Chair: Miami

Founder and previously Co-Chair of the YLG Housing Affordability Group, Jordan steps into the role of YLG Co-Chair, where he’ll focus efforts on Miami-Dade. He is an Acquisitions Manager at Related Urban, where he focuses on affordable, workforce, and mixed-income development across Florida.

Brian Jaffe

ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean Young Leaders Group Co-Chair: Miami

Previously Co-Chair for the YLG Housing Affordability Group, Brian takes on the role of YLG Co-Chair, focusing on Miami-Dade. He is a Development Manager with Atlantic Pacific, where he oversees the development of multifamily market rate, mixed-income, and affordable and mixed-use developments.

Nicholas Godfred

ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean Young Leaders Group Co-Chair: Broward / Palm Beach

As YLG Co-Chair, Nick will lead efforts in Broward and Palm Beach counties. He is a Senior Associate with Lantern Real Estate specializing in arranging debt & structured financing solutions for acquisitions, construction, and permanent financing across all asset classes.

The Young Leaders Group (YLG), is a committee within ULI dedicated to creating opportunities for young professionals under the age of 35 to develop skills and build relationships that will help advance their careers, foster an understanding of thoughtful develop­ment practices, and actively shape the built environment and the future of Southeast Florida’s real estate industry.

The Southeast Florida / Caribbean Young Leaders Group has over 300 members and 400 active participants.
