ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean is excited to announce the next generation of chairs of its Young Leaders Group.
The Young Leaders Group, which represents ULI members under the age of 35, is committed to helping build the region’s next generation of land use and real estate development industry leaders.

Erin Ladd, Principal and Founder of LADD Planning and Development, has been appointed as Chair of the ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean Young Leaders Group, and will serve on a voluntary basis as part of the district’s incoming 2022-2024 leadership team. She succeeds Mark Grafton, Senior Associate in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP. Erin is the former Co-Chair of the Broward County Young Leaders Group and currently leads the YLG’s Habitat for Humanity Park Development Project. Erin is also active with Nova Southeastern University’s MSRED Alumni Committee.
In Miami, Eduardo Valle and Liza Perry will be taking over for Omar Morales and Mark Grafton. Eddy Valle is a Development Associate at Atlantic | Pacific, and currently Co-Chairs the Young Leaders Group’s Affordability Solutions Group. He is also involved with the United Way of Miami-Dade Young Leaders Group, Belen Jesuit Preparatory School’s Real Estate Alumni Group, and is a Junior Director of the Latin Builders Association.
Liza Perry is a Project Manager with CBRE and leads CBRE’s Rising Professional Organization for South Florida. She also serves on the host and planning committees for ULI’s statewide Florida Summit, including the upcoming 2022 ULI Florida Summit – Miami, and sits on the Women United Executive Committee for the United Way of Miami-Dade.
For Broward/Palm Beach, Dominic Gallardi will be taking over for Erin Ladd, Denise Castro, and Juanita Bernal. Dom is a Senior Associate specializing in Real Estate Valuation Advisory at RSM US LLP. He was the former Director of Events for the Broward YLG and launched and leads the district’s educational 15 for 15 series. He is a Student Mentor with the FSU College of Business’ MSF Class, and is on the boards of the Renegades of Reel Estate Fishing Tournament and NAIOP South Florida Chapter.

The Young Leaders Group (YLG), is a committee within ULI dedicated to creating opportunities for young professionals under the age of 35 to develop skills and build relationships that will help advance their careers, foster an understanding of thoughtful development practices, and actively shape the built environment and the future of Southeast Florida’s real estate industry.
The Southeast Florida / Caribbean Young Leaders Group has over 300 members and 400 active participants.
