The Urban Land Institute stands at the forefront of the land use and real estate industry, a steadfast leader in the best practices for a changing world. For over seven decades, ULI has been a unique and trusted forum where members come together to share and exchange ideas, information and experiences – to shape tomorrow’s horizon and improve the way communities grow.
For more than 25 years, our ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean District Council has served as a powerful voice for best practices and the latest trends in real estate in our region. Our 1,000+ members live and work in Florida’s seven southernmost coastal counties (from Indian River through Monroe) and throughout the Caribbean Islands.
We need your involvement, energy, and engagement to continue promoting responsible land use and development throughout our region. Our members are the driving force behind the programs we plan, the advising services we provide local governments, our leadership development efforts, and content committees such as Mobility and Resiliency.
