Eddy Valle is the Chair of the ULI Young Leaders Group. Eddy is a Development Manager at Atlantic | Pacific. He is also involved with the United Way of Miami-Dade Young Leaders Group, Belen Jesuit Preparatory School’s Real Estate Alumni Group, and is a Junior Director of the Latin Builders Association.

Jordan Davis is the Co-Chair of the Miami Young Leaders Group. Jordan is an Acquisitions Manager at Related Urban where he focuses on spearheading affordable, workforce, and mixed-income development across Florida. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he attended the University of Michigan and currently serves as Co-President of the University of Michigan Alumni Association for Miami/Fort Lauderdale.

Brian Jaffe is the Co-Chair of the Miami Young Leaders Group. He is a Development Manager with Atlantic Pacific Companies, where he oversees the development of multifamily market rate, mixed-income, and affordable and mixed-use developments in Florida, Texas, and the mid-Atlantic. Brian grew up in Broward, earned his Master’s degree in finance from Florida State University, and lives in Miami.

Nick is the Chair of the Broward / Palm Beach Young Leaders Group. He is a Senior Associate with Lantern Real Estate specializing in arranging debt & structured financing solutions for acquisitions, construction, and permanent financing across all asset classes. He graduated from the School of Business at the University of Connecticut with a degree in real estate and Urban economics and is based out of Palm Beach.

Not yet a member? You can still attend many YLG and greater ULI events as a nonmember (although you won’t have access to special YLG event rates), and are invited to join us at one committee meeting before joining ULI as a member. ULI membership for those under 35 years of age is offered at a discounted rate of $270 per year.
