    Cristina Caus is an Economist and International Business Consultant with over a decade of experience in oil & gas and energy industries globally. For the past 2 years, she has been focusing a lot of her work on the Guyanese market. She has been working closely with foreign companies, government officials and the private sector to advise on business and partnership opportunities, market and industry conditions and challenges. She was the co-organizer of the Guyana Diaspora Sustainability & Investment Conference in London, 2023 and she has been a reputable writer and publisher of multiple articles about Guyana's oil & gas and how it affects the economic development of the nation, the region and the industry globally.

    Deputy Director, Economic Recovery Grant Management, Puerto Rico Department of Housing

    Jose’s highly versatile economic and community development management experiences uniquely position him to be a “doer” and a “change maker.” He has been able to consistently employ strategic and data-driven thinking to effectively drive success. He serves as the Deputy Director for Economic Recovery Grant Management at the Puerto Rico Department of Housing. Puerto Rico has an allocation of roughly $20 Billion in CDBG-DR/MIT funds, the largest Congress has ever assigned to any US jurisdiction. He serves as staff member of the Economic Recovery Programmatic Division which is comprised of 6 Programs and has a budget of roughly $1.4 Billion. Jose is responsible for managing the Small Business Financing (SBF), Re-grow PR Urban-Rural Agriculture (Re-Grow) and Tourism and Business Marketing (TBM) Program, and all details related to their day-to-day program delivery.

    Wayne Biggs, Junior

    Chief Executive Officer, Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority

    Wayne L. Biggs, Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (USVIEDA) and serves as a member to the Governor Albert Bryan Jr.’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Committee, Workforce Investment Board (WIB), and on several of the Governor’s business and economic development task forces. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operation Management/Information Systems from Bradley University (Peoria, IL), a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of the Virgin Islands (St. Croix, VI), and many certifications in business and economic development related fields. With over 30 years in business and economic development, he has held various roles at the U.S. Small Business Administration, leading disaster teams and later transitioning to the role of Director of Lending at USVIEDA, overseeing operations at the Government Development Bank of the Virgin Islands and the Small Business Development Agency while also managing the Enterprise Zone Commission Program.

    Stephanie serves as a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Caribbean Council where she helps to strengthen the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities throughout the Caribbean. She is also the Founder and CEO of J.S. Real Estate where she is responsible for strategic oversight, operations, and development management efforts for the company. She is passionate about historical properties and reinvigorating their legacy while creating more lasting, walkable communities everyone can enjoy. With over 15 years of experience working with organizations in urban planning, sustainable development and compliance monitoring, Stephanie is dedicated to creating resilient communities that can be enjoyed for many generations.

    Haroon Pandohie

    Director of Planning, Cayman Islands Government/Planning Department/Policy Development Section

    Since October 2010, Haroon Pandohie has served as Director of Planning with the Department of Planning- Cayman Islands Government. He provides strategic oversight for the Planning (Policy and Current), Building Control and Professional Registration functions performed by the department in this capacity. His vision to provide the residents and visitors of the Cayman Islands with a built environment that promotes an unparalleled quality of life for existing and future generations. Ensuring that development occurs in an orderly and competent manner, thereby protecting the public’s health and safety and supporting the Island’s economic growth and social well-being. Mr Pandohie graduated Suma Cum Laude from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Geography with a minor in Economics. He also holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and has an MBA with Merit from the University of Liverpool. He is a Certified Planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).

    Adam Greenfader

    Principal, AG & T

    Adam Greenfader is a Chairman of AG&T, a real estate development and advisory firm based in Miami, Florida. AG&T specializes in hospitality, residential, and commercial developments the Caribbean, Central America, and Florida. AG&T’s principal clients include hedge funds, private equity and other institutional capital groups. Adam has worked on over 55 developments valued over $1.5 billion dollars. The projects include master planned communities, hotels, and private island resorts. Recent projects located in Puerto Rico, Sint Maarten, Jamaica, Panama, and Costa Rica. Mr. Greenfader currently chairs the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Caribbean Council and is the Florida Liaison for the Puerto Rico Builders Association. Adam is passionate about resiliency, green building and the use of blockchain technologies in real estate. He has authored multiple white papers and has recently released a new book called, “Why Puerto Rico Now: a masterplan for resurgence, resiliency, and long-term economic growth.” Adam is frequently invited to speak on such topics as creating sustainable hotels, Puerto Rico investments, Public-Private Partnerships, blockchain, and real estate in the Caribbean. Adam Greenfader holds a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from the University of Southern California and is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
