    Mital is an award-winning Sustainability Professional with significant experience leading and conducting climate risk, green building certifications, energy, sustainability, ESG reporting, decarbonization strategies, and Smart Cities initiatives. She has over 20 years of notable expertise driving strategic agendas cross functionally to achieve a broader vision of economic, environmental and social program imperatives. Her strategic organizational change management and design think expertise lend itself to successfully launch and implement large scale sustainability programs within governmental, aviation, private, and universities sectors. She has worked on over >50 projects, impacted >75M square feet of space. She received a Congressional Honor from Congressman Darren Soto as a Distinguished Leader in Central Florida for Asian American Heritage Month, been a delegate to China and India for Smart Cities programs, and has been a delegate to United Nations. For JLL she drives end-to-end sustainability solutions in real estate. Help clients develop creative solutions to meet their ESG and sustainability goals. Lead consulting service delivery for a range of large and complex real estate clients, including investor, owner, and occupier. Provide subject matter expertise for client sustainability needs with a focus areas including net zero, ESG disclosures and strategy development. Support the growth of the Sustainability Practice through client interaction, internal and external thought leadership discussions, strategic business development efforts, delivering ESG strategy assignments for Fortune 500 clients.

    Patrick Giannini

    Vice President, Arquitectonica

    Patrick has a diverse design background stemming from his global design experience working on projects throughout the United States as well as Brazil, Great Britain, Mexico, Spain and the United Arab Emirates. With more than 20 years of experience, Patrick has acquired a significant portfolio of domestic and international work that reflects his interests in many building typologies including master planning, mixed-use residential, hospitality, commercial interiors and urban design. As a design team leader, he is a strong collaborator who on a daily basis displays exceptional ability to design, manage and oversee design through construction. A select list of Patrick’s projects include The Residences at 1428 Brickell, St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles Beach, Ora by Casa Tua, 57 Ocean, Azure Beach, Casamar Residences and the Lake Nona Resort in Orlando. Patrick holds a Master of Architecture from Yale University and Bachelor of Architecture from the University of New Mexico. While at Yale University, Patrick was the recipient of the James Gamble Rogers Memorial Fellowship Award.

    Sherri Gutierrez

    Miami Office Director, Arquitectonica

    As an architect, Sherri strives to improve the built environment while conserving natural resources and challenging others in the design and construction community to follow suit. With more than two decades of management and project experience, Sherri has expertise in the design and construction of large, complex projects in the United States and around the world. Since joining the firm in 1997, she has worked on a variety of project types that include civic, educational, residential, hospitality, retail, cultural, mixed-use and transportation facilities. As the director of the Miami office, Sherri has worked on a number of the firm’s most prominent projects such as Brickell City Centre, Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach, Festival Walk in Hong Kong, JW Marriott Nashville and the Miami Heat Arena. Sherri gives her time giving back to the community by supporting charitable organizations like Make-a-Wish Foundation Southern Florida where she is a longstanding Board Member. Sherri earned her Bachelor and Master of Architecture degrees from Tulane University.

    Alexander Hancock

    After 14-years in commercial real estate, which includes portfolio management of a $10 Billion domestic equity portfolio, acquisitions, and asset management, Alex Hancock pivoted to clean energy finance starting with his activation of a solar program within his CRE portfolio at Nuveen. As Vice President of Clean Energy Finance at Nuveen Green Capital, Alex and his team work closely with their clients and partners to provide scalable and flexible equity and lending solutions through a pooled solar capitalization strategy, which includes leveraging Nuveen Green Capital’s market-leading C-PACE platform, to increase distributed energy production in the commercial and industrial (C&I) segment. Alex graduated from Duke University and the Wharton School of Business. He serves on the Board of ULI – Southeast Region, and is an Ambassador of African American Art for the Perez Art Museum of Miami
