    Adriana Jaegerman

    Senior Vice President, Buildings Business Leader, Stantec

    Adriana is a solutions-driven industry expert, providing leadership across Stantec’s architecture, buildings engineering, and interior design disciplines. She ensures successful project delivery that is highlighted by enduring client relationships and social responsibility. An advocate for the AEC industry, Adriana is active in the Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation and the Urban Land Institute’s Florida/Caribbean chapter advisory board. This involvement allows her to harness the inspiration and knowledge of the organization’s members and collaborate with them to make a lasting difference in the industry. In 2020, she was named to the South Florida Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Class. Adriana prioritizes time outside of work, dedicating her leisure hours to industry involvement and STEM education to advance cultural inclusivity and promote women leaders. At home, she inspires her two young daughters and puts family first to raise well-rounded, good-hearted individuals.

    Arden Karson is the Managing Principal of Karson & Co, a real estate brokerage, advisory and development company created to transform the South Florida real estate industry in the face of challenges related to COVID-19 and to target opportunities for the future. A graduate of Tufts University and Harvard Business School, Arden is a lifelong resident of South Florida. She has an extensive background in sales and marketing, development, acquisition, asset management, leasing and financing of commercial properties across all asset types. Over the course of her career, Ms. Karson served in executive and leadership roles at CBRE, Related Group, Lennar/LNR, Bank of America and PWC. Arden is active with many industry organizations and has been recognized by the media as a Miami Herald Power Leader and a Real Deal Top Business Woman. Arden serves on the Board of Advisors of the Friends of the Underline, the University of Miami Masters in Real Estate + Urbanism program and the Urban Land Institute Southeast Florida / Caribbean.

    Adam Greenfader is a global real estate professional with a proven track record in over 52 new construction projects in the Caribbean, Puerto Rico and the United States. As managing partner of AG&T, Adam's principal responsibilities is in connecting capital with development opportunities. Adam is passionate about resiliency – Green building practices. Adam speaks English, Spanish and French and holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
