ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean names Jaime Sturgis, Founder & CEO of Native Realty as the 2019 Vision Awards Young Leader of the Year
Aventura ParkSquare is a 1.2 million square foot mixed-use “fit city” project located on 7.4 acres in central Aventura. Developed by Integra Investments on the last remaining undeveloped parcel in Aventura, the project includes a condo building, office building, medical office center, senior living facility, parking garage, ground floor retail, and the Aloft Miami Aventura.

Virgin Trains USA (formerly Brightline) is a privately-funded inter-city passenger rail service currently serving Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach. With three stations across three counties, and expansions to come, the project is helping to advance the future of mobility and transit-oriented development in the South Florida region.

CityPlace Doral is a 1.2 million square foot mixed-use retail and entertainment complex developed by Related Group. The project, located in the heart of Doral, has become a true live-work-play destination and features 235,000 square feet of retail space, with over 40 dining, shopping, and entertainment offerings, as well as luxury residences at The Flats at CityPlace Doral.

West Palm Beach
The Norton Museum of Art, located in West Palm Beach, recently completed a $100 million renovation and expansion project that added 50,000 square feet of gallery space, a 42,000 square foot multilevel wing, a 9,000 square foot event lawn, and a 210-seat auditorium.

The Wynwood Garage is an 8-story, 250,000 square foot mixed-use parking garage located in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. Developed by Goldman Properties, the facility includes over 20,000 square feet of ground floor retail, 428 parking spaces, and 30,000 square feet of retail space on the top floor, soon to be home to WeWork and Punch Bowl Social’s new Wynwood locations. The first and only public garage in the neighborhood, the Wynwood Garage addresses a pressing need for parking while thoughtfully supporting the district’s culture and vision for the future.
