The Project of the Year Award recognizes outstanding achievements in real estate development or redevelopment in the Southeast Florida and Caribbean region that represent the highest standards of achievement in the industry and highlight innovation, transformational change, unique solutions, and above all responsibility in land use and development.
All completed development and redevelopment project types, sizes, and sectors are eligible for consideration. Projects must be located within Southeast Florida or the Caribbean, and must be open, operational, and financially stable.
Project of the Year Submission Requirements
Entries must include a completed 2023 Project Nomination Form, a brief write-up of no more than 7 pages that highlights the nominated project and how it fits the award criteria, and at least one overall photo of the project plus a site plan. Additional photos, plans, and relevant press releases, project writeups, and news articles are highly recommended.
The Young Leader of the Year award honors inspiring industry professionals aged 35 or younger whose outstanding achievements and contributions are advancing the industry and shaping our communities. Ideal candidates are recognized leaders in their field who have championed best practices, made a difference in their communities, and show continued promise for the future.
Nominees must be real estate development industry professionals aged 35 or younger who live and work in Southeast Florida or the Caribbean that exemplify contributions to the industry and to our community-at-large. Candidates do not need to be ULI members.
Young Leader of the Year Submission Requirements
Entries must include a completed 2023 Young Leader Nomination Form, plus resume or bio, photo, and any other materials supporting why the candidate meets the award criteria and should be recognized as ULI Southeast Florida / Caribbean’s Young Leader of the Year.
