ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean’s Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) program utilizes local expertise to provide comprehensive and strategic advise in response to a specific land use or development assignments in the Southeast Florida region.
ULI’s national Advisory Services Program utilizes global expertise to provide comprehensive and strategic advise on the most challenging issues facing today’s communities – everything from disaster recovery, healthy design, climate change adaptation, to housing issues.
Our focus groups bring together our region’s top industry leaders to provide quick ideas, feedback, or analysis on a particular issue or policy area. Past groups have provided recommendations on everything from Transfer of Development Rights policy to zoning changes.
